to the guys responsible for our internet connection:

you suck! i can't stand you!

our internet has been intermittent for the past few days. it takes me more than 3 days to download less than half of the last grey's anatomy episode, my instant messenger can't manage to stay logged on, i can't view webpages in full.

stop bragging of quality services and money-back guarantees if your services lack quality and quantity and if you refuse to give my parents' hard-earned money back for your blunders.

oh, about those couple of times when we had to call you because we totally didn't have internet because we had the wires interchanged, it's because your labeling sucks! i think it's pretty logical to have the wire from the adsl socket plugged into the computer; but, apparently, our logic failed us and the wire was for the phone.

you suck!
