is there such a thing? i might need professional help. i'm hooked. i'm officially an entertainment junkie.

it all started 3 fridays ago when, just moments from stepping out the door to make for the review center in time for my reservation, i got news of anna nicole smith's demise. i decided to skip the review and tune in to cnn. i wouldn't say i'm an ANS fan (kasi "fans ako!"), i just found it very intriguing. and that poor baby girl. even if she didn't have all that money to her name, i would totally adopt her. some problems of the rich, i just wouldn't want to have.

and then there's grey's anatomy, when they killed off meredith and brought her back and killed off her mom instead. i was able to watch all 3 episodes on the day the last one was shown. it was a very emotional 2 and 1/2 hours. i'm so happy izzy's a surgeon again. yeah, she's become cocky, but aren't most real-life surgeons? and she got to do a craniotomy outside and inside the operating room. what a comeback! how many interns get to do craniotomies? she's my idol.

speaking of idol, american idol's in the process of trimming down the competition to 12 contestants. chris sligh rocks! he's funny and witty, at ang lamig pa ng boses. he kinda looks like jack osbourne. there's also melinda doolittle. i love her. i love what simon had to say about her, that she's the exact opposite of the people in the show who have little talent and a lot of arrogance. it's true. i have to hand it to simon. he may be the cynic of the tribunal, but i think he knows what he's talking about. i also cannot refute what he said about lakisha jones being in a different league from the competition. big girls, big talent. they should chop off antonella barba, though. if it were up to me, she wouldn't have made it through the first round. she's still in the competition, i bet, because people want to see more of her. like, literally, more of her. i don't think the picture of her performing fellatio is really her, but she's clearly the one on the others. americans, think about it. as long as she's in the competition, another girl is deprived of the opportunity to go further in the competition. besides, the sooner she gets the boot, the sooner her sex videos get uploaded.

who could not say anything about the oscars? i haven't seen a lot of the movies. i've only seen the leo films. he's pretty good. i guess forrest whitaker must've given a hell of a performance. i still love leo (marry me! marry me!). marty scorsese finally got his oscar. i'm so happy for him. and i love ellen! i looooove ellen!!!!!

my list of to-see movies has gotten longer:
little miss sunshine
babel
the queen
apocalypto
pan's labyrinth (haven't heard of the movie and i think it got the most oscars)
dreamgirls (you know i love a good musical, but my tentative take on this is that it's mostly hype, like titanic)

so, if you know a therapist who specializes in cases such as mine, i would very much appreciate a referral.
