upon recommendation of my former roomie, i saw thoroughly modern millie. we just found out that we were both members of the musicals freakhood. i've loved julie andrews since i was a (younger) kid, and this film somehow escaped me.

i loved it, naturally. i would've loved it as a kid. it was definitely pg13, but i wouldn't have gotten it anyway.

i don't mind being a musicals freak, or plainly a freak for that matter. remember when matthew broderick was the only kid on the block who had internet access? did it matter that scotty didn't know? geeks are the new in crowd. geeks rule!
